C-SAC Collapsible Block Mattress

Stabilisation and Protection
Pipeline and cable stabilisation and protection can now be provided using either the Sea-Struct Collapsible Block Mattress (CB MAT) or the C-SAC Pipeline Saddle.

CB MAT stabilisation Mattress
The CB-MAT stabilisation Mattress is a formed rectangular mattress with internal support to maintain shape and configuration. The CB MAT is available is sizes ranging from 1 metre square to 5 metre square. When placed over the cable or pipeline and filled with grout this provides excellent stabilisation.

PIPELINE SADDLES

Pipeline saddles are dual compartment forms that are pressure injected over a cylinder that is the same diameter of the pipe to be stabilized. Lifting straps are cast in the form allowing load transfer to the pipe and as a method for installation. (Patent Pending)
