ROV Installation Turn-Tables are utilized to deliver Fabric Formwork to the seabed on where remote operated vehicles (ROV) are the preferred installation system.
The Turn-Table has been designed and fabricated by Sea-Struct as an efficient method of rectifying deep water pipeline freespans. It is launched and recovered via the vessel deck crane or an A-Frame system. The ROV through interaction with the Turn-Table is able to access groutbags packed on the Turn-Table and position them at the desired support location under the pipeline.
A survey beacon can be positioned on the Turn-Table for accurate placement on the seabed. The ROV is able to interchange grout supply hoses on the Turn-Table via the unique Quick Connect Box enabling the filling of multi staged / multi phased formwork.
